Price is $4.25/lb hanging weight. Typical hanging weight is around 600 lbs for a whole animal.
Deposit is $125 per quarter.

Deposit will be taken off of total price after the animal goes to the butcher.
We will send you a cutting sheet so you can tell the butcher how you want your meat cut up!
Once processing is done, you pay us for the meat and pay the butcher for the processing.
